In her yoga classes, she specializes in yin/gentle yoga... and on the opposite side of the spectrum strength and conditioning through vinyasa style yoga. She infuses self-love into all of her offerings.
She's taught at retreats and hosted various events and workshops online and in person. It's been such a joy for her to help people uncover the self-love that is often hidden right beneath the surface.
